Del Taco

I am outraged and totally disappointed in my burritos at this place. I've ordered at this location 5 times and every time between 8PM-10PM who ever works that shift are complete idiots. They don't make a simple bean burrito with extra cheese and extra green sauce correctly. I never get hot sauce and they just throw my burritos in the bag opened and falling out. This place needs better staff especially at night. Sad and bad service. I won't come back. Fyi Note to Management....hire people who care and have better customer service.

This location makes me want to eat Del Taco waaayyy more than I should! Some of my order got mixed up but the young woman working the register was very polite and gave me some extra food for the inconvenience. Best Del Taco hands down! And it was like 10:30pm so you know they are solid cause most places don’t care after 10 haha.

i used to love del taco back in california. they put about a table spoon of meat in the tacos. i dont recall the portions being this small back in california. with so many good food places in oklahoma city there really isnt any reason to go to del taco in this area especially when the portions are miserly. i am no longer a fan of del taco even though i have fond memories of del taco since childhood.

This buy out by Jack in the box has made me so sad. The workers don't even know when the tacos are discounted, they don't care to make the tacos, and then they ask what kind of sauce you want only to not give you the sauce. It makes me so sad. This was my favorite place to get tacos and it's literally a Terrible experience every time now. I guess I'm just going to start making my own tacos at home....

If you know my reviews, if I eat at your restaurant, I'm coming for the service and I'm coming for your food! This place has terrible, horrible customer service and the food is lacking taste. It's sad when you order a bean and cheese burrito with extra cheese and green sauce and don't get it. The young men at the Drive thru window between 8PM-10PM are highly incompetent 1 out of 5 orders were made correct. Hire genuine people who appreciate customer service and train your staff to make orders the right way. Get out the drive thru if you won't get it right!!!

Went to pick up an order for delivery and there was another customer already there picking up my order. I saw them just hand him the order. Cost me time and money because someone else stole my delivery. Had to waste time calling the doordash support team while I had another order I needed to pick up with this order. They also have taken a while when picking up orders.
