Kfc

I just got the 10 piece feast from here and thank goodness I got this piece of chicken before my son, it was still raw and bloody if my son would have gotten this piece it could have made him sick. I have had this happen several times and I’m sick of it they also ran out of Mac and cheese but they decided to say that after I already paid for my food I’m getting fed up with this kfc they have such bad staff who just don’t care

We went through the drive through and the lady was very rude. They didn’t have enough Mac and cheese for two side orders. The wings still had feathers on it. I was charged $10 for three large waters. The original price I was told at the window was $47 she then closed the window with my card still with her talked to a coworker opened the window and told me my total was $56. I didn’t question it as I was in a rush.

The last few visits to this KFC the staff has been very rude and had no problem letting me know that they were being put out when I had to correct my order. The food has been horrible. They left items off of my order and the food that I received was not only tiny ( the "tenders" were the size of a nugget from McDonalds), but it was dry and not fresh (as in hours old, possibly from the previous day). From the taste of the chicken, the frying oil is old and hasn't been changed in well over a week. The fries were old, cold and limp, not to mention that they only filled up the fry container maybe a 1/4 of the way. We did not receive biscuits in some of the meals that were ordered even though we got them on two of the other meals that were the exact same meals just different beverages. The biscuits were tiny and harder than a hockey puck. The staff did not mark the different beverages even though they were all different and similar in color (you could only hope that you grabbed the one that you wanted). The prices for the food are ridiculous for the quality and quantity of food. I do not go out to eat and pay outrageous prices to be treated horribly. I will no longer go to this KFC. I will drive the 100+ miles to the next available KFC if I ever feel the need to eat KFC again. I will not recommend this place to anyone I know, whether they live in town or are visiting. It will not make it on the list of possible places to eat when any tourists ask for places to eat. If anyone asks I will tell them to stay away from this KFC since they obviously do not care about standards of any kind.

The food was just okay. We ordered the extra crispy and it didn't seem like it was crispy at all. The sign on the door said the lobby was open at 9, yet we had an employee come up and interrupt our meal at 8:20 to tell us that the lobby is closing at 8:30 and ask us how much longer we were going to be. Not at all pleased with the service we received at the Montrose location.

Traveling from Durango, Co. Stopped here for a quick bite. Ordered a spicy chicken little and a 5 piece tender. They let us know we were going to have to wait 4 minutes for chicken tenders. No big deal. Once we got our food, my friend noticed there was no sauce for his tenders. I guess it wouldn't have been so annoying if we ordered something that didn't really need sauce, but its chicken tenders. Who wouldn't want sauce, especially when you asked for it. And then we noticed the sandwich was just plain, not spicy but had mayonnaise on it...looked to see if there was a receipt in the bag and there wasn't. As far as customer service, it was great. But maybe trust but verify that an order is complete before it goes out the door or window?
