Panera Bread

Never a bad meal at Panera. Not perfect…. My chicken avocado melt was cold in the middle…. And my French onion soup bread bowl was a tad shy on soup. But everything tasted great. I was starving and as usual Panera was fresh and thankfully not crowded at at. Staff is friendly and the place is very clean. It’s a good stop.

As much as I love Panera, this visit was a disappointment. As seen on the picture the bacon didn’t look good and it didn’t taste good either. The second sandwich was a mess. You can tell they just slap some meat and a slice of avocado. The only thing that was good were the chips. Also, we got to see the kitchen from the drive thru window and it wasn’t the cleanest either. We spent $32.00, expected a little more. Sad to say, I will probably wouldn’t be going back anytime soon.

This place is the worst Panera Bread ever.... for fancy microwave fast food you would think they would at least serve hot food! Slow serving, attitude having, incompetence showing operation. the portions are extremely small for a fancy place, i expect small portions at these fake fancy type places but this place literally serves nothing on a plate. If you want to stay hunger throw away money and get upset then this is the place for you.

We ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches, 1 parfait and 1 drink. The only things right were the drink and the pre-made parfait. How do you mess up both breakfast sandwiches in the order? Since it was takeout, we didn't see the problems until we were home and it was too late to get them fixed. Definitely not pleased.

Had a worker named Ashely treat me extremely rude I went in and there was no one at the register and I saw her just sitting there on her phone and actively ignoring me, when she finally decides to takes my order she is preparing my food with no gloves! I asked her to please put gloves on and she told me that she is not required to do so and if I’m not happy with it to just get out the store.I did just that.

With all due respect I was debating on saying something while I was in the drive thru, but I am genuinely hoping that the manager that was there tonight does not talk bad or discipline the person in the drive thru considering you could tell he was new and needed help, and there was a girl working on salads completely blocking him from going anywhere, no one brought him my food to give out to me so I was there for a little longer than usual with a whole line behind me. Not even the manager offered to help him and it's upsetting because usually when you do fast food drive thrus you have 1 runner and 1 cashier. So please have a discussion with management at this location as well as employees on how to treat each other. Nobody helped their drive thru cashier and I get you're making the food but like if you're making the food for the order you could kindly bring it to the window while your cashier is taking orders and there maybe 3 people sitting in the restaurant that are eating. Please do right and better by your employees this is why people don't want to work in service anymore especially to be treated that way with a low pay. This was 2/20 at around 7:40-8:00
