Mcdonald's

We don't typically visit McDonalds but will stop for an occasional sundae or a dessert - a quick pick me up. Tonight we stopped for a hot fudge sundae and some pies. Employees were friendly and working hard, even while seeming a bit stressed. We appreciated their care and friendliness. The sundae however was less than ideal. The ice cream was not the usual creamy soft serve texture we have come to expect. It was hard, icy, and never even began to melt by the time we got home. The sundae was hollow in the middle. There was less than we usually get in the cup. There was an attempt to put some fudge on one side, though it was as cold as the ice cream and especially hard. I suppose I should be happy the ice cream machine worked at all, but it was a disappointing product that I probably would have been happier without.

Ordered a hamburger, fries and an iced coffee. Charged me for a med fry. Asked for a large fry and received a small fry. Went back in and was told,. "accidents happen.". Wrong answer. If you spent more time waiting on customers instead of talking to your coworkers maybe you wouldn't be so distracted and get the order correct. The lady behind me had to return from the drive in because her order was missing items. Terrible customer service.

Would leave zero stars if I could. Worst mcdonalds I have ever been to. Dirty tables and 2 out of 3 trash cans in dinning room was overflowing with trash. Prices were higher than other McDonald's. Lots of workers standing around not doing a whole lot. No trays to carry food to the table. Overall just a terrible establishment.

I ordered two separate orders and only got one. When I told them I was missing an order they told me to come inside and prove it after trying to show them my orders on the phone so I parked the car went to the door they didn’t open the door so I went back through the line showed them the receipt she told me it was the wrong receipt so I parked the car search my email and after finding both receipts the same to you I showed her already I went back to the line and showed her that I had two orders placed she told me that she did not have two orders that there was only one order but that she would give me my food anyway didn’t offer anything for that hour and 20 minutes I spent trying to get my order.
