Denny's

Place was the worst sat for 30 mins and the waitress didn't even turn in our ticket. And b4 we even got our food she tried giving us our bill. I got full thing of nachos was gross! the eggs and bacon where not fully cooked and the pancakes where not done completely! Dennys owner since I can't reply to your questions on my review the answer is yes we told them at one point I asked where our food was. They did nothing but blame the cook. Fyi we didn't pay for anything they served us. Wasn't paying for food the could cause me to get ill!!!!

Absolutely terrible. Waitress brought out a broken, sticky hight chair for my son that had a cut lap belt. She switched it out for another horribly sticky chair and they had to take it back in the back to clean it. They brought out our food for my son and the pancake bites were completely undercooked and runny on the inside and the waiter tried to tell us "thats how they're supposed to be". Then she brought back completely black and crisp bites (picture is not doing it justice.) We were sat down at restaurant around 5:30pm on may 19, 2022 and all of the staff was completly incompetent. The nachos were better than anything else and thats not saying much. The cook that was working today is absolutely terrible. Would rate 0. They should pay people to eat here.

Went in at 930ish on a Saturday they had no one up front but a sign saying online orders only... Waited for anyone to come out when no one did i then put a online order in. Just for the dishwasher and cook/supposed to be waitress to make... If they were there as a server they should be taking dine in customers...i get low staffed but do what your clocked in to do.. While waiting for my online order said sever/cook sat two people of 1 or 2 people but wouldn't take my table 4 smh.. They could of made double of my family... if thats not the kicker all i could hear between server/cook is how this place doesn't pay them all but the server pay being 3$ and something so it isn't worth the time or effort to take on dine in customers... Thats the real reason for the sign on door Such a shame... What did I expect... When i got home and our food was disgusting i mean we took one bite and throw it all away it was beyond gross. Wasted $50 something dollars... I have worked for Denny's for over 5 years and I would say this place is trash. Those are my sons noodles he spit out. ( I cut the chicken for it)

Service wasn't good. The waitress didn't separate the diet coke from the regular ones. I'm a diabetic!! Could have been very bad for me. Our order was taken and she totally disregarded me. She said sorry she's been doing that recently? Waited a half hour for cheese sticks that they didn't have enough of for appetizers. Another table had ordered them too. They weren't busy maybe a total of 6 guests between 2 tables. If you're out of product just say so . Don't wait until I ask where it's at. When they were brought out completely disgusting. Cooked in old grease obviously because it had a big dripping glob grease on the side of dish. Seen at least one cook wasn't wearing gloves. Staff was swearing in back. We ended up saying we were leaving and the cook stated that he just started our food. And on top of everything they said that they didn't have a manager tonight. Paid for our drinks which we barely touched. Ended up going nextdoor where we were served full dinners and appetizers in under 20 min.

I always come back here and say that I won't come back again but I always do! This place is extremely expensive and every time I come there's something wrong either the toast is nasty or they mess my husband's order up or something there's always some type of issue at this Denny's! I do not actually think I will return to this restaurant again after my last experience my hash browns were extremely soggy my two eggs look like one folded egg and my toast was gross and had hardly no butter on it! If you're looking for good breakfast definitely wouldn't recommend coming here but if you live in Monroe Michigan I would recommend going to Front Street Diner on Front Street and Telegraph Road they're amazing for breakfast all day long breakfast!

I just order from "The Burger Den" on Door Dash. I didn't realize it was Denny's at first! The food arrived fast and hot. Burgers have a ton of flavor and are cooked perfectly. Onion rings were nice and crispy. Fries are basic wavy fries and we're good as expected. I only have a few small complaints. The fountain pops are crazy expensive. There is no option to order ice water online. The grilled chicken sandwiches should be able to swapped with hamburger or fried chicken, not just grilled chicken. Also, please make it so we can order a side of ranch on Door dash. I also think you guys would benefit from adding low carb options, like a "lettuce bun" All in all, the food is great and that's what matters. It definitely hit the spot for a late night burger craving. Way better than a fast food burger.
