Great Garden Salad. The Jet turbo sticks are excellent. The Ranch dressing is possibly the best Ranch we have ever had! BTW the pizza is good too!!!

Food was great, and the price was fair, but service was lacking. They didn't have enough staff to handle the Feb 14 holiday rush. Everyone wanted a heart-shaped pizza.
It's hard to tell if management didn't staff properly or if they can't find workers.

Placed a order online for 2 hours later. I get there. They tell me 10 more minutes which means they haven't made it yet. To add insult to injury a nice lady walk in ordered her food as I was waiting and guess what she got her food before mine. I sat there for 40 minutes waiting. As soon as the lady got her food I asked where is my pizza. And yup sitting in the hot box. Definitely going to have to go to another location that prides them selves on service. Jets is expensive to have and to have bad service. Uncalled for. Jets Management better start checking there locations. Or start losing customers. Take a page out of the Little Ceasars play book and book time frames to get your order.

Had quite a few Jets all over the states but this is by far one of my favorites. You really can't go wrong here, their pizza is awesome but the couple I had here were even better! Was perfection. They got some new owners who were extremely friendly and courteous. Highly recommended you give them a call next time you need your pizza fix!

Had ordered 2 pizzas yesterday 1 large extra cheese sausage square 8 corner, and a large 3 Topping NewYork Style Pepperoni, Onion, and Bacon. It was dry hardly no sauce. No extra cheese, I also asked for butter and parm on crust and all over it was none at all. Was so upset 😡 last night

My order was 20+ minutes late on a pick-up order, and the place wasn't busy at all. The food is always very good, but on this occasion it made the whole crew have to miss their lunch.

Since moving to Monroe, we have gotten pizza delivered 3x's from here in the last month.
Never a bad experience. Never a bad pizza.
