Pizza Hut

My husband and I made a phone order for our pizzas to be well done. Politely asked Linda to run the pizza through twice, or it will be given back. We assured her that it’s impossible to burn it. We like it crispy. When picking up, she handed the pizzas through the window and asked us to check them. I opened the box, and it was nowhere close to being well done. She then tells us that she can’t take it back once it’s been opened. We give her the pizza that hasn’t been opened and ask to run it again. She tells us to pull up and she’d bring it out to us. She then sends her daughter out to bring the pizza instead of doing it herself, who doesn’t even work here. Very poor customer service.
