Pizza Hut

The worst pizza I've had in my entire life. Hard, dry, lopsided crust. It feels like you're like chewing on sandpaper. The skin was literally was scrubbed off parts of the roof of my mouth just from trying to eat one slice. Everything has a weird taste to it.The cheese doesn't even take like the fresh mozzarella Pizza Hut uses. Whatever they gave me wasn't worthy of the moniker "Pizza Hut." Easily takes the award for worst Pizza Hut in Illinois. Don't even bother with the new Detroit pizza either since it's garbage. At least the food was ready when I got there so I was in & out in about two minutes. 1 out of 5 stars

Currently having the worst experience with this location. I placed my order at 5:13 and we are now 10 minutes shy of 2 hours. Called to find out what was happening to just be told we’re really backed up right now. Edit: here we are at 2 hours and not only has the pizza arrived but it seems half the toppings are some how under the pizza. Cold and feels undercooked

I ordered on the app on line the store managers said they have no control over online orders. My breadsticks were suppose to be part of my rewards and they were not. very disappointed I have been a customer for a long time and have always been treated well/ There have been mistakes in the past and the store has compensated to correct them however in this instance no attempt was made.

Very unprofessional employees who lack basic customer service skills. The reason this review is a 3 star instead of 1 is because of Tina the store’s supervisor. I spoke with her after I encountered another employee and she was very apologetic and made sure that I was satisfied before ending our call. She took her time and explained to me why my order was delayed which was much appreciated.This location could definitely use more employees like her.

Shardae presented herself as the manager and called me immediately after I placed an order for delivery and told me she would be cancelling my order. She called my phone to cancel my order and had the audacity to have an attitude with me as if I should’ve known better than to order a pizza for delivery. She was extremely short and unpleasant.

Terrible service. Ordered at 3pm, didn’t receive my order until 4:30… I get food service things, things get busy nbd. But the pizza was cold. The driver also forgot the drink (also okay, it happens) and said she’d return. She did not return, and didn’t even bother to call to give a reason. $27 for an ice cold medium pizza seems like an awful deal to me. I would like a refund.
