7-eleven

Came here for a slurpee and a big gulp. And the only had medium gulps and I had to use a slurpee cup for soda. No straws with spoons for the kids. The slurpee was good, the kids loved it. That was the only downfall the size of cups and inventory. The outside was a mess. I understand that their is a lot of unfortunate people sleeping outside. The garbages were throwing up. I'm go to the other seven eleven on McHenry hopefully it's much cleaner and stocked with cups. If not the whole 7eleven franchise is deteriorating.

We came here a few months ago. When we tried paying for the pizza, the cash register wasn't working and said that they were gonna fix it. What did they end up doing instead? They ended up slacking off and the cashier was literally playing with a ball. We had to wait 10 minutes for our pizza, it tasted like cardboard. Never going here again.

I like coming here because I'm homeless so I am able to heat up my food at no cost and if I get a sore throat I am able to gargle with hot salt water. "Thank Heaven" isn't just a slogan to me. So this morning was a bit of a let down when I tried to pay for food with the little money I had left on my ebt cards and the woman checking me out became irate and took my Lord's name in vain. It was such a disruption to the joy and happiness He gives to me on a day to day basis. But God bless 7/11 and that woman anyhow 😊🥰💙

In the past 6 years, a huge improvement has taken place at this 7/11 at 505 McHenry Ave.. This store went from a one star experience to 4 stars. From employees that couldn’t care about your food being inedible and cold, to general concerns of ‘how can I help you’ and ‘would you like a bag,sir’ all with genuine smiles and smiling eyes. This store has made a complete turn around. It is busy all day long and the line doesn’t stand too long. Bravo to the store Managers, their care for giving you complete service, has passed down to even their newest employees. Double Bravo to the Managers’ Managers, great job in finding good workers and giving these new coworkers great ambition. It shows! These traits can be seen in all the workers. It’s nice to see, even this very busy store is kept tidy and clean the whole day through! Added security at night seems to have kept the vagrancy to a minimum, keeping it inviting and bother less when heading in and out.

Walked in to get a few snacks just now. Waited patiently I was next in line. Another person comes to the door holding on to it having a conversation with someone outside then it's my turn and the person that was at the comes in and the clerk help her before me. The woman tells the clerk something and the clerk tells her she can wait, as if I was not able to hear her say that. Needless to say, I walked out and she says have a good day it took all my strength not say something or cause a scene. The entire energy was horrible in there.

For the most part the staff is pretty nice except tonight the girl with purple in her hair wanted to be lazy and kick me out all because I was paying half with my food stamps and the other half my cash aid and the difference would have been 1 dollar but because she wasn't pushing in the exact amount for the price difference it didn't work and I was asking her if she was entering the amount she got attitude and said you could leave. Some people in this world choose to be lazy

We went into the store today to get a slurpee and were greeted by a very rude lady who claimed to be the store manager. When we were at the slurpee stand she very rudly asked us to be 6 feet apart when we came in together and were wearing masks. In response I said that she could have asked more politely and that comment sent her off the rails. We were also told to "move" and in the process of getting out of her way she repeated once again "I told you to move". If you can't be polite you should not be in a customer service position let alone be the MANAGER. If you want a slurpee or any other gas station snack spend your money elsewhere.

I hardly to to this 7-11 and I literally live just down the street 😂 the employees who work there are really really nice & always respectful, there store is always clean and tidy minus the morning hours ( not 7-11s fault ) damn homeless.... Most of them don't care. Anyways I love it, good food, great fountain drinks, and I'm always winning the Lotto there 😂 LOL okay quick question I know that not all 7-11 stores serve pizza all night but does this 7-11? I ask because I never go this damn late lol.
