Burgerim

I was visiting from Reno, NV on a business trip for training. The service was excellent! I was helped by Karlee D and she was so friendly, happy, helpful and attentive. The food was somewhat tasty too for the price: I got a drink for 2.79, their signature fries for 3.29 and they kindly ask if you'd like a sauce of any flavor I asked for buffalo and BBQ, a shake for 2.00 and a burger for 7.99, I asked for add ONS which were an additional .99 cents per ingredient. Unfortunately I didn't get one of the ingredients I paid for in my burger. Otherwise the visit was okay, I'd just recommend checking your order before leaving the business or you may be surprised when you get home. With the tip it came out to about 24.00 my order was out in about 7minutes.

My family and I checked out this place for the first time. I wish I would have taken a picture...but we are the food so fast. The burgers were amazing!! 2 big reasons why this place NEEDS to open in Turlock....if you can't decided which burger you want because they have SO many good choices they have the option of picking 3-4 smaller burgers...a big win for my family!! Also I love that they have a falafel burger and a Greek style burger...both rare and hard to find! Love this place!!!

Why do they always forget items in my orders? My son ordered last week, they forgot a burger and left out the fries, today I ordered and they forgot two of our sides. I give a lot of credit for folks who have to deal with customers all day long and especially those who get unfairly blasted but please check the orders!. That’s the only reason I didn’t give them two additional stars other than that the food is good and the staff there is usually very nice.

I ordered wings flats only. And the lady with the tattoo on her arms told me "that's the last time we do that, because we gotta go thru a bag" like wheres the customer satisfaction? Beside that's the first time I asked for flats it's not like it's everyday anyways... There food is great though but i won't go as often or for wings no more then.

Well branded burger establishment, with a variety of burger options, and delicious food! I ordered the veggie burger (not Beyond Meat as noted on menu) which is their own house patty and quite tasty. I’m open to all meatless options and certainly appreciate the effort in fresher alternatives. This burger was loaded with fresh crisp lettuce, a delicious sauce, grilled jalapeños and onion, and extraordinarily melted pepper jack goodness. Their house fries have an interesting twist with a very thin chip like shape. My husband had the trio combo with their amazingly crispy sweet onion rings. I ordered a side of garlic aioli (they are generous in serving) and it was superbly garlicky. My first visit to IM Burger certainly did not disappoint!
