Dunkin'

My 3 1/2 year-old son is lactose intolerant. When I went to get him a chocolate milk they made the transaction very difficult. First they stated that this was the last time they were going to be able to do this for me, then they stated that I needed to come inside if I wanted to order a chocolate milk with almond milk instead of regular because the order was too difficult for the employees (small cup of almond milk with two pumps of mocha). The manager didn’t even have the decency to speak to me himself. Note: I told them that I did not mind if it was going to cost more. I also mentioned that I would pay for it as though it were a small latte (just without coffee).

Good food and coffee obviously. However, the young lady by the name of Gabby has very very poor customer service. I don’t know if she needs training or just needs to be working elsewhere but treating others with such attitude is not okay. Especially when the customer is being kind and respectful. Do better Dunkin.

How can you expect a donut to be dead cold? When asked about it the explanation I got was it’s not cold it’s just not warm and that’s how usually they are? I have been a regular Dunkin’ Donuts customer and never I was this disappointed. Can you believe this and how is not being warm not same as cold? Please don’t waste your time coming here for donuts! Trust me you wil be very disappointed.

Just recently my wife and I decided to try our new neighborhood Dunklin Donuts store, what a terrible disappointment. Not only were the donuts not fresh they were semi hard from the first bite. Bland, icing watery and the cake appeared to not be fresh whatsoever. No we do not recommend this store nor do we recommend any Dunklin Donuts store no matter where you are. Complete and total dissatisfaction with food and service what a shame I was looking forward to a fresh hot tasty donut .
