Ordered a triple cheeseburger and gave me a double cheeseburger! I tried to call to make them aware but no one answered. Don't know how to attach photo.

I ordered a hot coffee and the coffee was barely warm. Granted it was 2:30pm, but regardless. How hard is it to keep either fresh coffee or previously prepared coffee hot? Apparently attention to detail is not a job requirement at this location. I had to swing past my house to fix YOUR mistake.

Go to a different location. I ordered a 4C. Classic chicken sandwich with light mayo. The sandwich was COVERED in mayo and the three slices of tomato, and two pickles were OUTSIDE the sandwich. The bread was flat, as if someone smashed it. I got my niece a kids meal and my mother a cheeseburger which tasted HORRIBLE (I tried it). All three of us, including my 5 year old niece had stomach aches after eating the garbage from this location. $27.92 down the drain.

I have been out of town for a while. As I walked in. The first thing I saw was they moved a cut down the size of the order counter. But the service was fast and the young lady was very nice. The place is much clearer then before. And the 3 people I saw that work there were very nice and polite. I would have given them 5 stars. But the parking is still a nightmare
All the parking next to the building is for Internet orders. So you have to park across the way and take your chances with people driving like mad crazys threw the parking area.
Other then that. Way to go McDonald's. Very nice job.

You guys need to not be cowards because your confrontation with anyone. I witnessed someone come in with no shirt on and they gave him his 2 cups of ice he asked for. No shoes, no shirt, no service. Well you just lost completely as a customer.

this used to be a decent McDonalds. I've gone twice recently and every time it looks like they made the sandwiches with their feet. the inside of the sandwich is swimming in mayo and its falling apart, almost inedible.

Best McDonald's in town! Seems like they are the only ones that know how to use the mobile order/app right. All the other McDonald's never have the order there when I pull up and won't even attempt to put the order number in when I tell them! Anyways keep up the good work Floyd and Oakdale!
