@Krystal. I thank you for the response but it seems this is a pattern. Before this visit, it had been 2 or 3 months since I had been here. I asked for a low carb scramble bowl with sausage and 2 side orders of bacon. I only got 1 side (2 pieces). I got to the window and asked for JUST a coffee cup and was told no. Just no. No explanation just no. I understand if that's apart of your policy not to give any but I needed more than a No.

Ordered two sandwiches, one sausage bowl in drive thru! From the moment we ordered to the time actually got food in hand was literally 30 minutes! Had to walk in to get the food and they walked it out slowly to me! I didn’t get a sense or urgency to get the customers their food, no drive to want to work hard and what seemed like a lackadaisical attitude about even being there! And to top it off the food was no where near the caliber I know it should have been! My family and I will never return to this chain store again, not ever!

Horrible....dry and taste burnt 🔥, I even took one back in because the bread was burnt on the edges and hard. The cheese never melted and I waited in the drive Thru for 15 minutes to get this food. She didn't even give me my receipt so I could complain. I will not return to this location. I need a GM to get in touch with.

It took 15 minutes from the time I ordered at the drive through to get my order. 4 plain crystals. No pickles or mustard. It was not ready when I pulled up to the window. Addendum: I bought these for someone else and for something that took too long to cook they were all burnt and were thrown away. I shall not eat at this particular Krystal in the future.

Horrible! I'll try attach pics. If it works 1st pic is of menu on wall what I ordered; Breakfast Plate Combo > 3 cracked eggs fried, biscuit, sausage and grits & drink looked great on their menu pic > 2nd pic is what I got; small portion of scrambled eggs, two slices toast bread, grits, sausage & drink.
