If I could rate this negative I would ! My first one had no pickles no onions and I go in and you can’t get in only the drive thru ! Well I get a worker to let me in because yet my sandwhich has no sauce at all and I come out and look an my sand which is like this ! You go from one extreme to another McDonald’s! I have had several issues with this McDonald’s . I will never go this location at all !

Breakfast was not fresh..5/8/22. I rarely ever eat from McDonald's and when I tried, the biscuits were very hard. Please keep in mind that when you begin to just serve yo get through a rush without ensuring food is fresh, uou will lose customers. Timing of orders is certainly a priority in fast food service. However, what you serve must not be prepared or cooked too soon. Waiting on freshness vs quick pick-up & not being fresh is something your management should review.

Great customer service however, for the past 3 weeks, the food delivered in the drive thru has been cold and awful. I don't know if it has to do with the back up in drive thur or if they are preparing too much and just sit there until they run out. Nonetheless,something has to be done about this. I spent $9 tonight and couldn't eat my food

Just left this location they had a long line I had no problem waiting but they didn’t even know what order was mine and almost gave me the wrong order no biggie but then they gave me fries that obviously had been refried because they were warm but super hard and my quarter pounder was not only made wrong but wasn’t even warm by the time I got home and I literally live 2 mins from this location if I could give zero stars I would I will be avoiding this location at night from now on and advising others to do so

Elizabeth is hands down the best outstanding drive thru speaker employee ever …I loved her knowledge of the menu and her bubbly personality! She did not once try to rush me to order I knew what my child wanted had no clue what I wanted but that didn’t phase her she help me kinda decide on what I was going have ! Elizabeth keep up the good work …I swear I’ve never meet a drive thru employee anything like you …your definitely a one of a kind ..keep your drive girl …don’t let this world steal your drive …thank you for my experience today ! I had a craving for McDonald's fries so I ordered a large at this location. I discovered they were stale about halfway home and ended up throwing them in the trash. Also, I felt rushed. The window was closed, in the drive thru, before I got a chance to ask for napkins or ketchup. I don't know if it was just an off day, but this wasn't a good experience.
