Subway

On our way home my daughters requested subway pizzas like the ones I purchased the previous week from our awesome Subway located at the loop …… so I assumed I could stop by this location to purchase the same on my way from work🙄 However as the saying says never assume ….I received this atrocity of a so called pizza…..I then attempted to speak with the associate where I was told I have to speak with a manager where needless to say I was treated like where these pizzas went Thrash needless to say never stop here 🫣🤢🤮☠️

I ordered on app around 12:15pm. Said would be ready by 12:40pm. Drive thru light was on. Went thru drive thru, sat ther about 15 minutes. No one would come to the window. I tapped on the window. Lady motioned to come inside. I went inside. Asked for my order. It was not ready after 12:40pm at this point. Lady said rudely I had to wait because they were busy. What's the point of ordering thru the App then? I told her I know which Subway location not to go to for now and left. I will drive out of my way to another Subway before coming to this location again.

Was there today with my 4 year old daughter. Ordered through the drive thru. Two sandwiches difficult orders both were perfectly made and the young man and woman that came to the window were awesome. The young man dancing all the way. Good to see People that enjoy what they do. He said hi to my daughter and gave her a bag of chips.. so glad I stiled there today.

Pulled up to the drive thru box and was asked to hold. I asked if they were still open and he said yes. I waited for a while (I work at a drive thru so I understand how it can be sometimes.) I finally asked after about 8 minutes if they forgot about me. Nobody answered and I waited a bit more. I finally pulled up to the window after about 15 minutes. The employees looked at me and completely ignored me. I waited thinking they were busy with customers inside. I kept waiting and they went to the back. I pulled to the front and went inside. The inside was disgusting and I told them I was asked to wait at the box and that they ignored me at the window. They didn’t care. It’s very evident they don’t care by seeing the cleanliness of the restaurant when nobody was there.
