This is one of my favorite donut stores. They seem to be short staffed now due to pandemic but their donuts are still very good. They also have good coffee and other good beverages. I like MANY of their donut varieties since they are a good tasty fresh treat.

They were rude. I placed an online order to pick up through the drive through. When they asked the name of the order they didn't know who I was talking about. When I got to the window I had to tell them twice more who I was. It was the only order they had sitting on the counter. When I told them they forgot my orange juice they, including the manager, acted like i did them a disservice by huffing and rolling their eyes. I was not greeted when I got to the window and I was not thanked for my business. I will not be going back.

Poor customer service!!!! The coffee has really gone down and often looks like milk instead of coffee. I order online only to get to the location to be told they don't have something I ordered such as salted caramel or whipped cream. I have started going to Yellow Hammer. They actually seem to appreciate their customers.

Let me start by saying that I absolutely prefer Dunkin' over the other chains. But, this particular store is by far the worst that I have ever visited. That's a fact. They have never been able to complete an order to date. Out of this, out of that. No straws, napkins, boxes, doughnuts, matcha, syrup. Odds are, they're out of something right now. Absolutely horrible customer service. I informed corporate that this particular store should be shut down, everyone fired or transferred and completely restructured. Or, just go ahead and close it for good. It was one employee trying to run the entire store this morning, while I applaud her for stepping up, it wasn't happening. Sorry for the long post, just please go somewhere else for coffee.

I'm from Boston we have DD everywhere. This place was absolutely horrific. Zero donuts were able to be purchased . Coffee was horrible. Def need to clean there machines. Employees on there phones ignoring everyone. Worst one I ever been In

Wow, what a mess. I brought my two young kids in today to pick out some Valentines Day donuts and ordered some donuts and a breakfast sandwich. We sat in the lobby for close to ten-fifteen minutes waiting for one sandwich and 6 donuts, witnessing the absolute mess that is this location. Two people were literally RUNNING around the lobby and in/out of the store. I assume they were employees because they kept going back behind the Counter. Not only were people running around, they were yelling and cussing and just generally acting extremely unruly. My kids kept asking why they were saying so many bad words. I had to ask for my sandwich three times and I was greeted with a girl arguing with me about what I ordered “Well, SHE said you got…” no ma’am, I know what I ordered. All in all, never coming back to this location and spending a dime here.

This has to be the worst run store in the franchise!! I was in the take out line this morning ( before making a u turn and leaving) for almost 30 minutes without ordering. Consistently having problems , no baker, no counter help, out of product etc. Unfortunately it’s the closest one to my work ! You need a new manager that cares about the customers

Worst experience ever! My wife placed an online order that included an order of Munchkins donut holes. When we get to the drive thru they tell s they are out if the donut holes. We pulled up to the window to get the rest if our order. The young lady at the window said I could substitute the hole for donuts but they were almost out of everything. So I said no thank you and asked how to get a refund. She told me I could request it through the app. Then I asked what I do if that didn't work. She had no idea and there was no manager present to speak to. Needless to say I was not able to get Mt refund through the app. I even contacted Corporate, provided them with the store number and my order number. They were about as helpful as the untrained young lady at the drive thru window. That was in November. Still no refund....
