Waffle House

This is a delicious restaurant for waffles and egg breakfasts. Waffle House is a chain restaurant but it is good in this local location. Their waffles are wonderful! The eggs and hash browns are also very good. Staff is nice and provides meals quickly. It feels clean and safe so you can enjoy a meal here!!

Apparently since I was only minority in the building, I was charged a black fee because my order shouldn't have been anywhere near $100. $50 MAX. Aside from the over pricing, several white customers, who ordered more food than I did AFTER I did received their orders way before I did. AND aside from that, there was total dysfunction amongst employees. Publicly discussing private issues as well as taunting! It's safe to say I wasn't valued as a customer and it shows and I am very disappointed.

Employee's are super nice but why is it so difficult to call and make a complaint. Well, I know majority of people take complaints to the extreme but you can simply hang up. But, anyways who ever is working the grill is over cooking the meat and eggs. Every time we order from here its always over cooked they finally got better about not over cooking the waffles now its just the meat and eggs. Just wanted to point to this out to the manager with a simple phone call and not putting it on blast. But, I'm not driving all the way back.

Worse Waffle House experience ever. I know restaurants are short on help right now, but they need to train people a bit better before letting them wait on customers. ALL of the waiters were new. Bless his heart, you could tell ours was brand new. They should have at least had 1 experienced employee who could help the others out a bit. I could elaborate, but I'll stop right here. Don't know if we'll be going back to this particular Waffle House.
