I was very disenchanted. I ordered using the app. Apparently you cannot go through the drive thru with app purchase and parking is highly suboptimal. Order wasn't ready, then I received hoodwinked instead of cold and my toasted bagels with black and crispy. Plenty of staff present but they seemed overwhelmed and chaotic.

I absolutely LOVE the food here! The drive thru is appreciated, but hard to use because if the way it's set up in the parking lot. The staff was very friendly to me. I got a sandwich and soup. The Roasted Turkey & Avocado BLT was delicious, and the seasonal Autumn Squash soup was sensational. The food was fresh and delectable. The service was quick and friendly. I ordered a huge meal to be catered for an office meeting this week. I called on the phone and the lady was kind and answered all my questions. And when I picked the meal up today, everything was ready to go, a tall guy with a headset helped me load up my car, and doubled checked everything for me. They did an excellent job and I am grateful for the efficiency of it all! Well done! Thanks so much!

I ordered a chipotle chicken avocado sandwich but received a grilled cheese sandwich! How in the world do they get the two mixed up? It wasn’t even busy this evening so there is no excuses! I regret not checking but why should I have to feel like I need to check my food. Shouldn’t the employees just get it right the first time.

I went to get bagels for myself and my children while running errands. I ordered through the drive through. I asked for toasted bagels with cream cheese and those bagels were passed to me loose in a bag straight out of the oven... which whatever, no big deal but she was holding the side of the bag where no bagels were... leaving me no choice but to grab the side with the burning hot bagels (I had no clue) I burnt my hand and dropped the bag on the floorboard of my car. Why are these bagels thrown into the bag? Why are you handing me my order where I have no choice but to burn my hand? Oh, and since when does an everything bagel sound like asiago bagel.. because to top it off I received the wrong bagel. No, I didn't go back because I did not have the time. Just poor poor experience.
