Typical McDonald's. I know it's fast food & for the most part they do their best with the employee's, but this is a major issue with most McD's. The orders are 60% correct of the time. The other 40%, you end up having to go in & get your order fixed to what you ordered.

I sat in the drive thru for 40 min.
And they are always slow, I mean really really slow every time you go there. Last time I went there, Some guy backed into my car trying to get out of the drive thru line. It's that bad👎 It's so bad that if you only have a half hour for lunch. Don't go there, You WONT have enough time.
The fact that they just put in a second drive thru lane is absolutely absurd. Especially when it's obvious that you can't handle the first lane. A suggestion on where to start. Hire some competent employees McDonald's. That would help alot. But whatever you have to do. Get it together. Just all around BAD👎 And it's a consistent bad. Every time. With out fail.

Dam milkshake machine is down again, after getting a new one that took 3 weeks. Well now ur little shake machine lie has been adopted by burger king. How about dont work there if u dont want to do ur job!!!

customer service is absolutely horrible. orders are always messed up, last time I went there I ordered a 20 piece mcnuggets and they tasted like fish so they're either not cooking their fish in a separate fryer like they should be or not cleaning their grease like they should be

Can't get the simple things right. # of creams and Splenda is not difficult. I'm up to 8 and 8 to try to avoid getting bitter dark brown coffee. They still do what they want. Let's not get into cold cheese on several sandwiches and stupidly excess mayo. Simple things.

Very efficient. Good service. The fish sandwich was fresh, not sitting under a warming light. The fries were cooked just right and they were fresh and hot. The drink was not watery from sitting. This is the first McDonald's that I have received a meal worth eating! 3 cheers for Minerva McDonald's!! Thank you for a great meal!
