There's a guy by the name of Brian. He works at McDonalds on 76th St. He was handing out the food in drive thru today.
I just want to give him two thumbs up. He really has great
customer service skills, and every time I stop and order food he always has a smile on his face. Sometimes when I'm having a rough morning he makes my day better, because of his politeness and smile. God bless you Brian, you're awesome!!!

The double cheeseburger had nothing on it and I did not order it plain, I asked for extra onions and ketchup but it was plain. The fried were soggy and cold and the pop was flat

It was a little wait to get to the drive thru speaker. We ordered, paid with a very nice young lady. Had to pull to the last window because we had a large order but still got our food pretty quickly. Sandwiches were hot, nicely put together, tasted fresh. And all 3 people we dealt with were nice, polite, had smiles and were courteous. One of the best experiences I have had with a mcdonalds in a good long while.

90 percent of the time they are open and decently quick. But that scattered 10 percent when they aren't taking orders or short staffed, they should put up a sign or put on their screen that they are temporarily closed. Other than that this place is pretty decent.
