I was in the drive thru but it was a quick transaction. The cashier could've been a little friendlier but it was 1pm, maybe I had just missed the lunch rush. Food was good until I reached the biscuit, IT WAS HARD AS A ROCK! Glad I'm not a big biscuit fan... I'm sure I'll try to go back again

This is a very high rated restaurant for KFC. The staff is excellent and courteous the place is immaculately clean all the time and the service is just out of this world. I will never go back to West Allis on Highway 100 again. They are terrible

I was the only one in this place, but they just opened though. They were extremely fast here. The minute I paid they already had my order done. I just wish that they still have apple pie (the one they deep fried) that reminds me of McDonald's years ago when they had them. The staff was great and friendly.

Idk why everyone was yelling at each other inside, but that anger resulted in the best spicy famous bowl I’ve ever had. Completely covered in that Nashville hot sauce to perfection, this is everything I wanted today.
