Not only was our server, Jenny (I believe that’s how she spells it), perfect, the food was worth it, the atmosphere was chill and welcoming, coat check server wonderful, but Benny, who might be the manager , was truly spot on and a joy to interact with. Stoping in at Carson’s was a quick spontaneous decision that wants to be repeated. Friends? Family? The happy future knows best!

Me and my wife had a wonderful evening at Carson’s. The food was great and the hospitality was exceptional. Savanna was very knowledgeable and gave a great recommendation on the prime NY strip. The steak was also cooked nicely. My only complaint would be the seating arrangement. 4.5/5. Will come again.

My wife and I stopped in last night with no reservations, planning to sit at the bar and have dinner before attending a show at the Fiserv Forum. At first, we were told that the restaurant and bar were completely booked and they apologized for not being able to seat us. As we were walking down the block to try another restaurant, one of the managers (Juta), caught up with us to let us know that she actually found two spots at the bar for us if we wanted to come back. I thought it was incredibly nice for her to leave the restaurant to come find us, so of course we went back and took the seats. We ended up having an incredible meal with great wine and espresso martinis to finish things off. The atmosphere was perfect - lively, but not too loud. The service was friendly and professional and as always, Carson’s ribs did not disappoint! I have been to the Chicago and Deerfield locations, however, this was our first time at the Milwaukee restaurant but it will definitely not be our last time.

Great place for an intimate Sunday brunch. Beautiful restaurant a block East from the Milwaukee Bucks' Fiserv Forum, in the central part of Downtown Milwaukee. Entering the restaurant you'll immediately notice the relaxing, classy ambiance & vibe. Myself & a friend enjoyed Carson's amazing salads, delicious & filling, you can request your protein of choice cooked how you desire. Friendly professional & knowledgeable staff. Benny even gifted us a slice of their homemade keylime pie which was delicious and made from scratch. Excellent experience overall. Bar area available. Reservations strongly recommended. Parking available on the street (free on weekends) or a paid lot across the restaurant. Valet parking available for dinner.

Baby back ribs were amazing, not ur usual off-the-bone experience, you gotta tear it off with your bare teeth or fork and knife. It was sweet, smoky, charred, marinated to perfection. The brisket was the ideal combination of dry and moist. The garlic chicken exceeded our expectation, a bit dry yet went well with the sauce. Loved the window overlooking the streets.
