Subway

Ordered a chicken Caesar pita, asked for extra bacon and dressing. The girl took my order and I paid she proceeded to tell the girl making the pita I ordered chicken Caesar pita she did not mention extra bacon or dressing at all. She seemed more occupied with her cell phone. The girl making my pita put it together and I noticed they don't use the bowl to mix everything as they used to do. Its been awhile since my last visit. How can you mix things up without the bowl ? My first couple bites were dry chicken and lettuce ! Of course because you can't mix the dressing and items properly by just putting everything into the pita shell. Very disappointing experience. Learned my lesson and don't feel I'll be returning. DO BETTER !!!

I'd give them a full 5 if I didn't just stand there for 3 minutes on my break while watching 3 of their employees look at me and deciding whoes gonna make my sub. 5 stars for the fact its 24/7 but bumped down to 4 since its the first time it's happened to me since I do frequent this subway regularly. Hope management sees this and corrects their employees cause that was a complete waste of my time and unprofessional. Not even try to sound like a mean guy that's why I gave the 4 stars and I'm just trying to voice exactly my problem with the interaction I had today at this location.
