Hmm, I feel for these guys in a way.. I think maybe they are worn out or don’t have enough help.
A group of us came in to this TB when no one was in the drive through to be courteous with a bunch of separate orders.
Took about 10 minutes for us to be addressed, another 5 for the next order, and one guy gave up and ordered something he didn’t want off the computer menu.
Food still hasn’t come out 10 minutes after placing the order, so I can’t comment on the food quality yet. Opposite of fast food here! Make sure you have 20 minutes at least when you come here!

Apparently asking for a lot of hot sauce translates to “no hot sauce”. & after i received my food the entire staff disappeared from view of the window. I sat for 5 minutes for someone to come back to the window so i could get my hot sauce. But everybody just vanished never to be seen again. The chicken was dry & i paid for double but 2 of my quesadilla slices literally had only cheese in them. If you fail this hard at a low skill minimum wage job you should really just end it for yourself.

This location S U C K S . They run out of something? Don't worry, they won't put up a sign, I came by at 12:15AM one night, the girl actually asked if I could come back in 15 minutes because "they were cleaning"
They refuse to give receipts, the place is a joke.
Taco Time RIGHT across the street is a better bet, and MUCH higher food quality.
Seriously, these issues have gone on since we moved near by in 2019. Whoever is managing this place doesn't have a GD clue

Went to taco bell in Milton. Apparently it's okay to make you wait for thirty minutes for your food (12 burritos) then give you cold food and when you ask for your money back or fresh food they tell you no. And you can't do anything about it. Even when you voice your concerns regarding contamination they don't care. On top of it they didn't even give me the right food and the right quantity. I have a video and will post it later on.

Very courteous customer service.
Went around 9pm.
They put the wrong item in my bag, chips instead of nacho fries.
Originally went thru drive thru.
After discovering the horror! Of no nacho fries,
(I'm not nor was I disturbed by this, for the record),
My friend who was driving parked the car & I went inside to discuss.
There was a very courteous human & he or they told me it was his fault and apologized.
He also gave me a nicely-sized portion of nacho fries to try and make up for the mistake.
It wasn't necessary but it was a nice surprise.
Because of him (or they) I will definitely go out of my way to visit this location in the future.

Really like the grande toasted burritos. Had the bacon this time. Definitely not as good as the asada. But it was still very good. Everybody was pleasant to deal with as well as in general the place was clean and tidy.

I came to this location about 40 minutes ago and when I got home I realized I was missing two orders of cinnamon twist. I went back to the store to get them and they informed me that they just ran out. I asked if I could get a refund and I said they were unable to do that because only the general manager does that. They gave me some cinnamon donut hole things that I don’t like at all.

Taco bell is about to be my 13th reason today.
I was missing food. Went back thru got my food. Idk if they are used to people coming thru and being on that Karen level or what but I stayed respectful. The window girl had an attitude from hell. Even from the first time I went thru. She wouldn't look at me, snatched my card, didn't give me a reciet and shut the window on me before I could ask a question. I get home and my food was wrong again. Yeah I know check it before you leave but I had faith they wouldn't mess it up twice. This time I go inside and I kept calmed and talked to the manager. I asked if I could just have a refund at this point because I didn't wanna deal with it. He proceeded to argue with me for 10 minutes insisting i give him a good reason why because of their refund policy. He asked was it the food and the service and I kept saying yes and every answer I gave him wasn't good enough. At this point I'm just asking for a refund. He's talking over me asking why. I said I don't wanna cause a scene can I just have a refund. He goes I can't just give you a refund without a reason.. Apparently coming back twice and dealing with his rude window girl isn't a Good enough reason. So $10 worth of food just isn't worth arguing over. Especially with someone who isn't even listening to me. I said forget it. Left the food and walked out. I'm out $10 but at least I'm at peace. Kudos for not being a taco bell Karen today.
