Make sure you get a receipt and count your change before you walk away from the counter! I have been shorted change not just one time, which could have been a simple mistake, but on multiple accaisional. Just tried again tonight. For the most part most of the staff are friendly and honest, but there are more than one that tries to pocket some extra for themselves on unsuspecting, trusting individuals. I do not like leaving bad reviews, but this has happened to many times to be a simple mistake. Like I said though, for the most part the staff are friendly and honest. They just need to clean house of the few that are not.

I been going to the same 7/11 for the past 6 years. I hate it. I dread going into that store but it's convenient. The 2 gentlemen that are there most of the day are extremely rude, not only to adults but kids too. They have know manners. They honestly act like they hate to be around people and like they hate there jobs. They act like this on a daily basis. It's also very unsafe. They have extensions cords everywhere. This 711 is always fully stocked with food, merch, lotto tickets and basic household needs. However it does smell like urine near the door. Also when I take my b/f to work (graveyard shift) and stopped in at the store for a quick soda it has been closed a more than once around 1/1:30 a.m. 😞 luckily there are 4 other 711 in Milpitas that never close.
