indoor seating is not available when i was there. And day shift boy makes so much mistakes. He always forgot serving drink and which flavour i choose. But good fried chicken place. World famous

1st time visit to this location because East San Jose KFC on the corner of McKee & White Rd.was closed...so I drove to this location 🙃 very spacious parking lot and very drive-thru ..wow! they must get a lot of customers... called order-ahead n drove thru to pik up order. No inside access 4now....great customer service. Thanks folks

This place was pretty clean when I entered. They can take calls in advance if you are ordering in bulk. I ordered 80 hot wings and they were very acccommodating. The atmosphere is very cozy with its recent remodel. I wouldn't mind dining here.

Covid stupidity. There is absolutely no reason to not take orders in the lobby. Some vehicles are too large for a drive-thru. I'm hauling a trailer and I just want to grab some lunch and the lady at the counter stares at me and refuses to take my order unless I go through the drive-thru. Apparently it's unsafe to order face-to-face in the lobby. But it is safe to order using an app in the lobby. That makes no sense.

Best KFC Crispy I have had. S. Main in Milpitas is by far worth going to. Even though their ovens were not operating so bisquits and pot pies were not available today, I still ordered as usual. THATS HOW GOOD THEIR CHICKEN IS!

They have become much too expensive with smaller pieces and less sides and value for money due to the fact people keep buying. Think they are abit overrated and not particularly healthy except for the grilled chicken most stores no longer seem to have

This is a great location away from busy plazas which means it's never too busy. There's a drive through and again, you can get your food quickly.
There's plenty of parking, the building is older but kept clean.
The food is good, they never made mistakes on orders, are receptive to exchanging items in a meal, and more importantly the staff are always courteous and friendly.
