Subway

If you want slow service, poor hygiene, brown lettuce, and hair in your sandwich than you have come to the right place! Got a foot long sandwich and had 3 pieces of women's hair in the second half of it. 0 out of 10 highly would not recommend to a friend. Eat literally anywhere but here. Disgusting.

By far the best subway I've ever been so fortunate to be able to experience the caring of the staff and the kindness and thoughtfulness the give towards belong their community. The owners have shown us the true meaning of integrity, doing the right thing even when no ones watching. We don't have help to get groceries, so it helps to have people willing to help and go that extra mile so you can eat for the day.

Ordinarily I'm not much of a Subway guy but after hiking Katahdin, we really needed some calories and just shy of 9 pm, there were no other options in town aside from McDonald's. Got a meatball sub and got extra meatballs for free since we were the last customers for the night. Also got chips and a couple of cookies. Ate like a king that night (sorta). Glad we caught the time that we did. Millinocket is a sleepy town.

This is one of the best Subway locations I’ve been to (and I’ve been to many Subway restaurants worldwide!). Location is clean and the staff are friendly and are happy to do curbside orders/deliveries to those who aren’t able to wear masks and/or have limited mobility. The app doesn’t let you order before 10am, but they are in fact open at 9am, at least as of August 2020.

The absolute worst experience I've ever received and seen. First issue was no sub rolls only flatbread(weird) so i had to decide on a wrap,which could've been great the lady listen when i was describing the items i wanted on my wrap. I requested several times for it to be remade and it was ignored as she proceeded to bag up my wrap and moves to the register. At this point i asked for the manager to my surprise she was the manager Patty if I'm not mistaken it was a week ago. Their was a young lady there as well she started to prepare another wrap and the manager rudely screamed at her to clean up some random item located in the back of the establishment. She was so embarrassed it was very awkward. I thanked her for attempting to do the right thing. I was so horrified by this lady's actions i left out and immediately told my wife what had happened inside,she wanted to go tell this manager about how to do her job and how to treat others while at the work place. I wanted to report her to the higher ups but Google is good enough to get my message heard. I will never return there EVER!
