We got the mushroom burgers and they were amazing. The service is excellent. Best fast food experience in a long time. We will definitely go back here. The place was spotless including the restrooms!! Thank you for a wonderful experience!!

I go here every time I am craving a delicious burger and always walk away very satisfied. Everything from the service to the food quality is always the best from my experience. Everyone here seems so friendly and the burgers and fries always turn out perfectly done.

The biscuits are always fresh!! Update, they say they are hiring but I went for an interview and they are the procrastination type employers. By that I mean if you really want a job here you have to hunt them down and bug them to hire you, no wonder they need help. My friend got hired on but she said she had to hound them to get the position.

One time in 2019, I ordered unsweet tea and found it like this at home. No idea what this is, maybe coffee diluted with tea, maybe a bit of dirt in the pipes, but probably the sediment/dregs at the bottom of the previous day's tea? Disgusting.
I'll say now in 2021 I've been back since and not found this again. But the food is just OK and if you want breakfast while they're busy, it's almost as fast to drive 2 miles further to Jack's. Bumped up to 2, would give 2.5 if possible.

It's a wonder that Hardee's has fell off in recent years. It starts at Paradigm! I've called, emailed, and done countless reviews from the back of receipts! Nothing's changed! Still dry cashiers that act as if you're a bother. Long drive thru wait times. No matter how much the country has opened up, they're still drive thru only. Move over! Open up more Jack's. Only reason I came here today is because Jacks' line was all the way to 14. Yall need to tighten up

Everywhere is short staffed right now, so I always rate with understanding for the situation. The customer service was okay. Although the wait was long we had a friendly employee bring our order out when it was ready.
