My brother and I came to the drive through on 12/29 around 10:15 waited 10-15 minutes for two meals and 4-piece nuggets. One of the nuggets was cold and raw, when I touched it; it was cold I tore the skin off and it was still pink and squishy. And while waiting I glanced over at the window when one employee was touching her hair and face.

I have been to this location several times recently. I am happy to say that the food is hot, fresh and delicious. I'm absolutely grateful for the amazing service. You can tell that the employees are really happy to be there and they work hard to take good care of their customers.

The workers were very nice and friendly. However, the chicken sandwich (pricy) was dry, both the bread and chicken! I did ask for fresh hot fries and they were good. No lemonade they were out...how does that happen, no non-carbonated drinks.

I wish I could give this location more stars, as my family used to eat there often, however this is now the third time in a row that they have been out of most of their food. Not that they just were out because they were making it, but out as in completely out of stock. This included half of their breads, mozzarella sticks, and half of their meat. I could sew if it was late at night, but we went their at 4:30 pm on a Thursday.

Ordered a deluxe wagyu steakhouse burger and it was an absolute disaster. Over sauced and soggy, the lettuce and tomato tasted cooked. Worst hamburger I've had in years. Would have taken it back, but they closed. Arby'website also doesn't work. What a waste of money and time!

Employees are weird I’ve been attacked while skating by one and they always forget like 2-3 items from my order and they forgot my cheese and dipping sauce

They now have a menu of entrees I'm very interested in and excited about. They have alot more than just a pile of sliced beef in a bun, now! Big improvement in their menu! Alot of good locations, too.

i’ve gone there three times now and they were closed during business hours. probably because nobody wants to work there and they don’t have anything posted anywhere about it being closed. save urself the drive and go somewhere else. the other location nearby (across the freeway) is almost just as bad and gave me soggy mozzarella sticks and the wrong sandwich. -6/5 stars tbh
