If you want to eat at the worst run Panda then this would be it. The food is not the problem it is the service. I have waited 30+ minutes more times then I can count when it is supposed to be a 5 minute wait. I understand that they get behind and food takes a while to cook but don’t say 5 minutes if it is no where close to that time. I could have chosen different food or a different restaurant for a 30 minute wait.

The food is almost never the problem, it is always good and fresh. The problem is the service. They will tell you it will be 5 minutes on food they have not even started cooking. Not to mention the fact that they will serve the drive thru, phone orders and app orders before the person standing right in front of them.

I placed an online order tonight for the Midlothian location and when I arrived at the restaurant I was informed that due to not having a cook my order was not able to be filled. Now I understand that things happen but what I'm upset about is why I wasn't called and notified before driving all the way over to the restaurant?! To make matters worse, I was informed that I couldn't receive a refund for my order until tomorrow when the manager returned. So now I'm out of my money and my dinner for tonight! This is unacceptable.

Really appreciate the staff here. We eat here regularly, but the other day we pulled up shortly before closing time (our bad, we weren't paying attention). The team member who was working the drive thru speaker was very nice, mentioned that we were welcome to order, but told us the limited items that were available. I really appreciated that she didn't just say, "We're closing," the way you hear at some places. Good on them!
