Panera Bread

First time customer…. Last visit - never again. Waited forever to receive the food. My Son (33) had a turkey sandwich and I had onion soup. Both were so disgusting that we both took one bite and winced in a gross shock. My soup was soooo horrible! The side of bread was literally rock hard. I knocked it on the table to show how hard. The bread on my sons sandwich was also hard and the turkey was dried out. After waiting 20 minutes and $32… after one bite…. We got up and walked out in disgust. Should have went to one of the other dozens of restaurants right in the area. Save yourself… save the time and $…. Go somewhere else. Ohhh yeah- the bathroom was a disaster too! Always a sign of a bad dirty restaurant!

Their prices have increased but portions have shrunk to a ridiculous amount. I had 1 oz of chicken on a sandwich that costs almost $7.00. I actually weighed it on my home scale cause I was curious how much they have skimped on the chicken. Thankfully Jersey Mike's opening up next door. I'm pretty sure I'll get way more meat if I pay for a $7.00 sandwich.
