Great place for a quick snack or a lunchtime sandwich. Lovely coffee too

Whenever I go to Teeside park. I get a few items while I wait for the shops to open. Normally a steak bake, a triple chocolate muffin and a flat white. In the case of the bake, the filling does taste good and quite generously filled, the muffin does have a generous amount of chocolate chunks and a good amount of chocolate cream filling, the coffee is strong but you Will need a sachet of sugar. Of course the main thing these days is that they are not massively overpriced.

Another greggs. Decent fayre, good coffee. Queue at this branch is always out the door, usually takes a while to get served. My regular coffee stop for work.
