Crunch wrap didn't have any meat in it. "Freshly" made food is cold and poorly assembled. Drive thru also has trouble taking accurate orders.

I usually like eating taco bell and normally have a good experience. Going this time wasn't so good. Drive-thru was wrapped around the building,so I went inside. Me and some other guy in there ordered our food. After placing my order,it took forever to get my food. By that time,the entire Drive-thru was already cleared out. After getting my food,I went to eat it and everything was hard and cold. Waiting all time time for my good to turn out like this. I don't plan to go back to this Taco Bell.

They don't do grilled stuffed burritos anymore but they offered to grill my burrito Supreme and it was delicious. The staff today went above and beyond and were super friendly. I would come here again.

Every time I got there , they rip us off . Pay for guacamole and when you go home , there is no guacamole. Missing tacos, burritos, you name it they will screw it up. Hire some decent help that can read an order.

As a fellow food service person I hate to rate so low but omg this place made me instantly sick. I ordered two items that have never made me sick before, I love chalupas, but I've spent all day puking with the cold sweats and I am not a fan.

Sometimes Taco Bell in Middle River is absolutely horrible. The girl with the long eyelashes need extra training. Not to mention I purchased a Cheddar Chalupa and it was plain no cheddar baked on top of ot at all for 5.00. Everytime I go to this particular Taco Bell they always tell them they are rushing like crazy because they are being timed by a timer. Well the Management should know that good customer service is above a timed service. Here's the photos of both Chalupas. One with baked cheddar on top the other without.

Nice people working here and a clean environment but, I asked twice if everything was in the bags and still had to pull back around because we were missing items.

I was hungry so I decided to get Taco Bell today. I've had better Taco Bell at other locations, but I think it was the foof option I chose.
The food was slightly burnt or tasted slightly burnt, but I just needed a quick bite to eat so that's what I got. I probably would go there again since it's so close.
