Starbucks

They don't keep proper hours as posted. The one lady who always works really only knows how to make 1 drink since they all taste the same regardless of what flavor you've ordered. They tend to talk to other store staff who like to hang out at the counter while they are making your order. ...maybe that's why they all taste the same-less talking, more focusing.

This was my 3rd and probably last time going to this location. My first time there I got the caramel ribbon crunch, and the girl that made it was great! Last 2 times a different lady was there and besides looking miserable or gossiping about a customer, my coffee drink was practically watery! Meaning she is not putting enough ice in it. Sadly its not like it happened once this has happened each time she's been there. Upon reading the other reviews I truly pray that someone looks into this location. There's no reason why service and quality should be lacking like it is!

This Starbucks is ridiculous. The lady serving the coffee today does not know what she is doing and she tried to argue about how I want my coffee! I asked for a venti coffee and she gave me a venti cup with a couple of shots and filled with whipped cream. Then she asked ME how much the coffee was. I'm not one to judge but she is not very bright. Needless to say I got my money back. If they have people working there with that kind of attitude I will take my business elsewhere. I've invested too much money in Starbucks to be treated like that.

Kenny is so rude. Not sure if thats her real name but I was disappointed when I went there, as usual, by her and all of the other employees. This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to in my entire life. Whoever hires for this store should be fired. My orders are always incorrect and I will not be back until there is a major change in staffing. #FireKenny If there was less than a one star rating, that would be my choice.

I honestly hope it goes out of buessness I went and the only thing the had was black coffe I can for a vanilla bean and a cake pops I went to three of them trying to find it but now nothing. I hate Starbucks so much I will never ever EVER go to this dumb place ever again. I hope This was helpful and hope you never go. Please let's run them out of buessness!!!!
