Ihop

I have been here many times and at least 50% of the time, my experiences have not been that good and mostly revolve around unprofessional incidents. When I would come early in the morning before work, I would like to order ahead of time to pick up some pancakes, and that would usually go well, until one day, the cook started putting a heart on my pancakes and it gave me a weird vibe, so I stopped ordering those. Usually if I was stopping by after work, I would get a salad. However, one time they made my salad and when I showed up 10 mins late to pick it up, they had thrown it out cause "the lettuce had wilted", so they said they'd remake it and after waiting 20 mins, apparently they had forgotten to remake it, so I had to wait ANOTHER 20 mins for them to actually remake it. I was late home because of this. Finally, I guess one of the employees recognized me from when I came so often in the mornings to get my pancakes that the employee started approaching my car as they were pulling up for their shift one morning. I got creeped out so I peeled out of the parking lot. It was quite unprofessional.

Collectively I don’t see how this place has 3.7 stars. 3 stars is a easy representation of either you’ll have a nightmare from hell experience or good one and unfortunately people work extremely hard these days for every dollar they earn and spend. This location doesn’t know how to function under the pressure of overwhelming amount of guest from time to time to the point they told me they couldn’t check on a order and wasn’t seeing about a order because they were too busy. What a way to burn bridges in a climate where businesses are filing for bankruptcy and closing for not making money they once did. Well it starts with the value of the service and it’s beyond poor!

We have stopped in here a few times and the service is always great. The food is good and served hot, the coffee never stops and they keep it fairly clean. Compared to other locations they are on par with everything they provide in constancy of products on the menu. This place has never been super busy when we go so we have been fortunate not to wait. Overall, they do a great job at providing good hot food and without a huge wait on the kitchen. We will continue to stop in and enjoy food there for sure.
