Mcdonald's

Went in on a Sunday morning and we couldn’t get in until 7am, as we were told my an employee. Anyway, if they just opened as we got in, why is the restaurant so filthy and dirty inside? The tables were nasty and the floors were very wet. It’s a safety hazard, as anyone can fall. This tells me that the night crew didn’t do anything. And after a while, an employee came in and put up a bunch of yellow signs indicating that the floor is wet. McDonald’s breakfast is always great, but cleanliness is everything for me.

This is not my first time but my last time that I recieve McDonald's worse because I got 50% off a pie. They even short you on a large fry if you use online coupon smh or give you older fries ... This pie was hard and not edible. The pie filling gummy..... This is a very busy McDonald's go here too often somehow they continue to do little things like mess with your food if you use the app .... Everyone beware of this location ..

I called in to inform them of an order that was messed up and they didn’t take me serious. Don’t drive or walk away until you check your order cos they will not have empathy especially with their mess ups. We didn’t say “no tarter” sauce sweetie. I don’t have any at home BC I just moved into a new place. I wish I could give a minus star rating

New plant based burger was good. Problem: ordered. Large McFlurry, did not receive. My Grandson went inside to find our that ice cream machine was inoperable. QUESTION? Why was I not told by the order taker or the person who took the money? This is not good customer service. I could have ordered something else.

Slow! Long Lines! Confused in the drive thru. I've almost seen fights and altercations due to the dual drive thru lanes. It's a debacle! The staff lack any decent customer service training. Mainly High Schooler's are at the front lines, and they have minimum training and supervision. I only go here out of dire needs, as my family are big into their slushes and nuggets. Otherwise, I personally heed from visiting this place. The food quality is also a hit or miss. There are times when it's prepared well, and others the fries taste like cardboard.

This McDonald's has THE BEST FRAPPE'S THIS SIDE OF THE TRINITY RIVER! CHANGE MY MIND. LOL, seriously though, their frappe's are off tha chain! I will literally drive 30 minutes just to get a frappe here rather than go to another location and get a crappe. (p.s. I'm sure the employees will hate me for this because this will possibly mean a lot more frappe's they have to make and a lot more frappe machine cleaning😆so sorry, not sorry🤷🏻‍♂️)
