Mcdonald's

Overall this is one of my favorite McDonald's that I go to. Not just because it's conveniently located around the corner from my house. But also because they have a lot of good employees that go the extra mile to make sure that your order is just the way you want it. (Shouts out to the morning crew!)😁

I was in the area a short time ago late in the evening & I notice quite a few cars where zipping through so figure the food must be good. Boy! I got fries that steam coming of off it & it was hotter than any In N Out Burger's fries & the Mac Nuggets where hot too. It was a very special historic moment for a Mac Donald's. And the wait wasn't very long at all. I ordered & about 5 minutes later I had my hot food.

I’ve lived down the street form this place for 5 years. Mostly every time I come here its fast and with friendly people. There was one time where I went up to a kiosk and ordered one singular iced coffee and it took 15 minutes to be served. Of course I waited at the counter for someone to help get it out sooner and no one was able to come to my service until i saw the drink just sitting there by the counter. Finally someone saw me looking at it and decided to ask. No they were not understaffed. Definitely surprised this has been my only negative experience here but otherwise this is for sure one of the nicest Mickey D’s I’ve been to.

They almost never get my orders wrong. The few times they have were either my mistake or the tellers. Not the kitchens. The food is very good. I get it frequently. The parking lot, however, is a bit tight. The drive-thru curves around into the parking lot and can make it hard to pull out during rush hours. I suggest parking behind the store, there's a door to enter back there too.

They refuse to ring customers up and force them to use the touch screen pos devices. Older people seem to have a hard time and the staff seem to have no empathy. TBH the attitude they give off and the way they present themselves sets the discriminatory view people have of McDonald's workers being of low IQ and from a bad crowd.

The parking in this area is very difficult so tight to come in and out and even through the drive-thru when you park you have to go around so it it's kind of a in a corner and a tight area too maneuver. The attendance seem to be a little preoccupied at times so service here to me doesn't seem to be very quickly plus you also have the option though to order to the online station that they have
