I don't know why they bother to ask if you want taco sauce if they don't even bother to give you any and my order was shorted! It's not the first, second or even the 10th time this has happened. 😡 I called them, they will make things right... Thank you! Great customer service.

Ordered a 5 piece tender. Got 7, perfectly crunchy tenders. The person at the drive through was not your average fast food worker. He was actually smiling was considerate which is pretty uncommon with youth these days.

I usually do not leave review for any fast food restaurant. A less than 5 mins experience often not reflecting much as we already knew how consistence the food will be made from the supply chain store like Jack in the Box, but I was wrong. I stop by this location I was unexcepted to get such a great customer service from the staff (ALi) especially from late night shift, he was very polite, well trained and very efficient to get my order prepared. This guy deserves a raise.

I got the sourdough grilled chicken club. This is my favorite sandwich from Jack's. It was excellent. The chicken was seasoned well. It was hot and tender. The bun was fresh. The fries were hot. Not much more to say!

This morning I went to Jack in The box get to get some breakfast. Jenice did a phenomenal job and whoever was with her also did a great job. Jenice had good customer service and was very kind. I know it is just a fast food restaurant but when I get good service and my food is good I have to comment about it.

Popcorn chickens good... Fries could have been fresh.. spicy Chicken sandwich and club sandwich ordered... spicy is good.. club is ok. Overall better than McDonald's.

This location is right by house (literally a 2 minute walk). It's in a great location for easy access from the road as well as by business, MCC for quick lunch breaks and there is a bus stop right in front for anyone that doesn't have alot of time to wait and walk around looking for a place to eat.
They keep it nice and clean on the outside and inside,they are always stocked with items, the employees are very sweet and kind, I've never walked in and seen them acting rude or unprofessional. There is outside tables if you just wanna catch some fresh air or enjoy the sun.

Great and clean location! Food was hot, fresh, and delicious! Minus 2 stars because the cook forgot to put the egg on my breakfast sandwich and the man working the register grabbed it from me without gloves... The mistake was rectified, however so I am giving a rating of 4. Friendly-ish staff, manager needs to smile a bit more :)
