I travel 10 miles to come to this location because Keely is so pleasant and friendly and memorizes my orders. I will always come here because of her making me feel like family.

I came here a few days ago and ordered a bourbon chicken and shrimp, the food was delicious and our fantastic server Kat said it was very popular and I see why! She is very friendly and I have been here a few times and she is my favorite server. Always ask to be seated in her section

you know what? I love Applebee's. great food, reasonable prices, quick service.
I sometimes just have the Wonton tacos for dinner, but really love the 2 for 25 menu. I usually get the steak with mashed potatoes and broccoli and the salad as an appetizer.

After having the absolute worst experience ever at the Gilbert and baseline location, we are being treated great. We were greeted right away, our server is amazing and we got our food right away!!! I explained to them what happened at the other location and they made sure I got everything I needed to go forward with my complaint!! If you want excellent and fast service this is the location to go. ❤️

My Experience at Applebee's Grill was Absolutely Amazing 👏
First, being greeted as soon as we walked through the door to our Awesome Waiter whom was very Prompt with our Drinks and food. Great Food, Great Service and Always very Clean. If you have never been here I Highly Recommend stopping in. 💯 😊

We always love our experience at Applebee's. My favorite thing on the menu is the chicken and shrimp skillet. It is so good. What more can I say? There is something for everyone, go here!

Excellent service and that earns five stars nowadays. But, the food was good and the place was nice. Would good back to this location without hesitation.

I would like to acknowledge a Fantastic server: VICTORIA C.
We came for dinner with friends on 7/21/23 and she went above and beyond with her service. Also would like to thank the manager for helping us as well.
One of our friends cannot eat bagged vegetables or salad. We told Victoria about this and she informed the manager and he came right to the table and assured her that he would make her salad with a fresh head of Lettuce instead of the bagged lettuce.
This was above and beyond as far as customer service goes.
The drinks were made perfectly and the food was correct and hot when it arrived.
