Burger King

I ordered two sausage egg and cheese croissants, The sausage patties were cooked a week ago they were so dried out and hard I could not eat them, So I called the restaurant they would not answer the phone, I went back to the restaurant they told me they would cook me up 2 fresh ones, I said OK thank you, I left with the croissants went down to my flying field opened them up expecting a sausage egg and cheese that’s edible and I got the same thing if not worse,So dried out the patties were unedible, After two trips to Burger King I finally gave up, The Spanish girls were very polite but what good is that if they’re gonna sell me food that is bad, I think that the health department should visit this restaurant.

Store being run with 3 people, I understand mistakes happen; however, they made my burger wrong the first time (drive-thru), so I went inside to get it fixed. I told two of the 3 people working how my burger was supposed to be made. They remade the burger, and I got back in my car and drove off. Well, I guess it must have been more than they could understand because it was made wrong again. Top that off with a missing apple juice for the kids' meal, and I have to say, probably the worst BK experience I've had in over a year.

This burger king is the like 0.1 miles from where I live, and I like BK more than McDonald's so I've been here one or two dozen times now. The place has MAYBE at best gotten my order fully correct 50% of the time. The place opens late, closes early, stops breakfast an hour early sometimes, they straight up don't even have the means to make iced coffee there (which is on the menu but they refuse because they "don't have the stuff for it") and the list goes on. The last 3 times ive been have been poor. Last time my sandwich was gone and a breakfast burrito was in it's place, which was foul. The time before that, when ordering french toast sticks with maple syrup, I got home before checking the bag and in place of syrup was a packet of zesty sauce.... The time before that, I had 2 orders of fries just missing. Even if you're like me and prefer bk to McDonald's, just go across the street and get McDonald's. There's a reason every time I pass by, there is no one there.

I have a daughter who is non-verbal/autistic and we go every Sunday on our car ride. The employee Antoine is there every time and many days he is the only one working all the stations! He greets us with a smile and acknowledges my daughter directly. He is a hard worker, kind, and dependable! A true RARE find these days!

I wish I could give this place less than 1 star. Fries had absolutely 0 salt on them almost as if you just picked out the potatoes straight out of the dirt. The sprite was literally seltzer water and we went to go tell the guy that and he now tells us that they’re out of sprite. The inside wasn’t even open so it was drive thru only. Not to mention there was 1 maybe 2 guys working the place and as a result I grew gray hair while waiting in the drive thru line.

Went through the drive thru around 4pm and ordered $40 worth of food. 4 burgers, 2 chicken sandwich and 2 large fries. After receiving our order, we checked the food and our fries were cold and had been reheated (tough as leather). I checked the burgers and could tell that the patties were old and should've been thrown out hours ago since the patties were dried up and hard. Plus the cheese hadn't even slightly melted, which means the patties were cold. We had to turn around and go back to the Merrimack location. We tried going into the lobby to have our order remade (since it says it's open until 10pm) but the staff had already locked the doors by 4:30pm, we tried knocking on the door but we were ignored. So we had to sit in the drive thru AGAIN. My husband and I used to work at BK, we understand that being short staffed sucks, but if we would've gone home and eaten the food we'd probably be sick to our stomach from food poisoning.
