Tortilla Flat

We usually eat here for dinner because, well, the margaritas are awesome. Stopped in for lunch today, it was too cold in the bar area, so we sat outside. Nice screened in deck, cute decor, excellent server, and perfect temp. The whole restaurant seems cleaner than it used to be. Tables, chairs, floors, even the bathroom was sparkling. The taco salad and fajita salad were just ok. The bowl tasted store bought vs homemade, there was way too much taco meat not enough lettuce and since it's very early fall I expected fresh tomatoes. Next time we'll stick to excellent quesadillas and burritos!

My name is Theresa and my friend and I came to the Merrimack tortilla flats and we had Amanda as our server.I have to say that she was amazing.As a sever in the past myself she was quite attentive and funny.She made us feel welcomed.She asked us how everything was a few times.We have had not such good service the last few time were were here so it was a.nive surprise.We will be coming back and asking for her again.

This was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. The food is subpar, at best, and the wait staff was literally non-existant. When server D.S. took our order, she didn't write it down and, of course, got it wrong. Our drink order was wrong and our food order was wrong, but we were hesitant to say anything (although we did) because we were tired of waiting with no drinks or food. On top of having virtually no service, our bill was in accurate (We were charged for the wrong drinks that were served). Finally, we asked that she split the bill amongst two credit cards. She complied then only charged one. Not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, but in aggregate every aspect of this experience was terrible...except leaving! On a positive note, the hostess was AMAZING! She was able to fix our drink orders, get us chips and salsa, and find our server who was persona non grata.

Haven’t been here since college days 1979. It is even better than I remember. We came for happy hour $4.99 margaritas chips salsa. We ordered el President it was excellent wifey ordered steak and shrimp fajita was very good as well. Our server Taylor provided outstanding service. I know Tortilla Flats doesn’t need another 5 star review but I just feel compelled to write one. We’ll be back. Happy New Year.

Over all not too bad, it was not too busy when I showed up and I sat in the corner of the bar so maybe that was why it took a little bit of time for me to place my order. I asked for chips and salsa and found out it's self serve at the bar, that's fine... I was the lucky one who got the bottom of the bag I guess. The chips were almost empty and all broken into little pieces. I ordered the Taco sumprema which was very good, with a Pepsi costing just over $17 before tip. Employees were friendly... Good place.
