I want to thank our waitress Crystal. She was so kind also gave my family and I great suggestions, like my delicious drink! She was also so patient with my little ones and sweet to them! People like that are the reason customers come back! Thank you again, for your hard work and kind personality! It didn’t go unnoticed!

I hate to leave bad reviews but this one was truly deserved. Staff was snippy with each other and having their own turmoil going in front of guests up front. Got seated fairly quickly once that ended, took forever for us to get our drink order taken, drinks came super late, server very rarely checked in, asked for a soda refill after the glass has been empty 20+ minutes never got it, my sons yogurt was very thick not a creamy smooth yogurt, my besties steak ordered to medium was very rare, asked server for a chocolate milk for my son, had to ask again and still delayed to receive that, when we were paying the ticket on the tablet because no one came back she stopped by to ask of we wanted a box for the steak. When we advised no we did not and why she offered to take it off the bill but we were to far into paying at that point. She went and told the kitchen manager (and never came back), who told us we should have told them they could of given her something else...tell who? When? No one came by our table. They "pulled the charge back" removed the steak and reran our card. I will watch the bank to make sure both do not go thru. I am very very disappointed in our service here tonight and unfortunately will not recommend this location or return here in the future. I unfortunately did not get a picture of the steak but even the manager admitted that it was very rare and her plate had a pool of blood on/under it. We did have drinks with alcohol at the table but waters were never offered. The only times we were "checked on" is when the food was brought out and I asked for the chocolate milk at this time, when I stopped her again to ask for the milk, and when she brought us the ticket we were already visibly in the process of paying. I asked for the soda when she asked about the ticket and never got it and she never returned to the table even to see if the kitchen manager was able to help. No the restaurant was not busy. She did not have a ton of tables. Staff was very inattentive tonight and still arguing.

The host acknowledged us about 2 minutes after we arrived. Said it would be about 10-15 minutes until a table was available. After 30 minutes, the people that arrived shortly after us started talking to people that JUST WALKED IN that they had also been waiting over 20 minutes. The new people were seated right away because they wanted to sit at the bar, which was explained to us, the other party and the new group that the bar top only, not the tables around it, were open seating. Even though they were mostly empty. I'm sorry, but that was rude. Also the fact that he would disappear because he was supposedly cleaning a table for us, was a flat out lie! We were finally seated, and our server was already on auto pilot to go above and beyond, but that's not fair to them! HIRE A NEW HOSTESS, ONE THAT ACTUALLY CARES about your customers, and their time!

Was seated quickly, waited 20 mins and never got served, waitresses stood around and did nothing but talk to eachother, one waitress kept going to her friends and was holding their baby, basically we never got acknowledged. We left and got dirty looks from the waitress and her friends. HORRIBLE SERVICE DONT GO HERE!! Instead we went to olive garden, didn't even wait that long to be seated and the waitress is a 10/10
