Mcdonald's

The workers here pay attention to your custom orders without messing it up. I asked for a cheeseburger with fresh meat cooked on the fish fillet bun with only ketchup on it and breakfast hot sauce on the side and fresh hot fries salty. That's exactly what I got no problems, no having to get out of the car because something was missing or because they put onions in the burger. My son also ended up wanting an ice cream cone once I got up to the window and it was fast and easy to charge it to my card and was made within seconds. I've been to other McDonald's where I ordered a regular fish fillet combo nothing extra added on with a apple pie and a sweet tea. After driving off no pie, the drink was Sprite and the Fries were cold. But not this McDonald's! They're on their A Game every single time I go there. If I was the owner of this Franchise McDonald's I would feel Proud for the Employee's that are working at this location. Respectfully!

This is the worst location I have ever been to, and I have traveled extensively! The only way to order inside was to use the kiosk, which we did. However as we ate we saw at least five families leave in 30 minutes, due to their frustration at using it. If you wanted to pay cash, not use a credit card, you had to pay at the cashier. However that person was also taking drive up orders. I ordered a coffee to go and didn’t want to put that small amount on my card. When I stepped up to pay, the person behind the counter “shushed “ me with her finger at me, then pointed to her headset. A gentleman asked for the code to the bathroom and was met with a full hand shush. This was on April 1, 2022 about 12:00 pm. The next day, against better judgment, we stopped to get Diet Cokes as we left town. After waiting in a very slow drive up, we were told they had no Diet Coke. So we ended up waiting for everyone in front of us to pay and get their orders before we went to a much better location, that was quick and efficient and actually had Diet Coke. Would encourage others to save frustration and go to another location!!!

This location tends to give you less... especially when it involves a coupon that gives you something for free. One time we ordered our food and had a couple for a large fry for $1.00. There was only enough fries that looked like it was for a small/ medium fry. We came in on another day and bought 2 sundaes and used a couple for a free cookie. They barely filled the cup of icecream compared to another location we went to earlier in the day. You have to double check with them because they didn't even realize the coupon applied. They finally are getting our hamburger orders correctly. They use to do the opposite of what we asked for in the past. Now they're just not giving enough of the product and not applying the coupons correctly.

The french fries tasted very strange at this location. Besides the taste they were so overcooked that they were dark brown and hard. My friend nearly broke a tooth eating french fries from this McDonald's. When I went to pay at the first window the man was busy on his cell phone and I had to wait for him to take my money. I will never again go back to this McDonald's and will probably call the manager tomorrow to complain about the fries. They we're not french fries from McDonald's they tasted like they were from somewhere else. We couldn't even eat them they were that bad!

I grew up going to McDonald's ever since I was a kid. Over the years are french fries I've changed so much that I don't enjoy them they're soggy and don't even have salt. I know some people don't want salt but maybe that's something we should offer to you at the window as a condiment. Just saying I don't go to McDonalds that often anymore feel like the Quarter Pounders but not worth the big white to get soggy fries
