Just stopped today (5-15-22), took 43 mins to get chicken tenders, mashed potatoes, and mac and cheese. KFC only had ONE person working all stations: everything! He was doing his best, but this is ridiculous on the company's part!

For an Out-of-the-Way off the beaten path the Staff was very friendly & the Four Piece Meal I purchased was Fresh & Hot. I stopped in Mendota, IL. I had been driving for more than three hours. This KFC was a welcome relief of Rest. Great job to the workers.

Sat in drive through line for 25 minutes, they were short staffed the gal at window told us when we finally got our good.

Kind of bummed that we couldn't eat inside, it was locked. Went to drive up and ordered from KFC. Nice friendly service.

We are truck drivers so we walked over for KFC lunch. It said on the door, drive thru only or mobile app pick up inside. I downloaded the app and tried to place an order but it kept giving me issues with payment. I went inside and spoke with a nice young man who was very helpful about the app. We got our food & returned to our truck. The food was hot and very good.

Closed permanently for covid. Online and drive up orders only. Food is cold and chicken is dry. Worst kfc!

Disappointed in size of the so called wing in my breast n wing take out meal. It was so small I can not even image what this chicken would even look like. Wish I had taken a picture. This was the smallest ...but the wings they use makes me wonder about the quality of the company's product. I also was missing the mashed and gravy that was part of the meal. Guess I should have checked my order before getting home. Not sure I will go back. $8.00 for a chicken breast and a biscuit.....
