Wingstop

I think the is the number 1 so for wings in Memphis, Wing Stop😂 I got the 6 piece combo. I got half Cajun and half Louisiana rub two of my favorites, sometimes it's hard to choose. And everybody knows about the famous seasoned fries at Wingstop. If you haven't tried this you need to... leave out the ketchup and get their homemade ranch you won't use ketchup again. It's worth the wait for fresh wings and fresh fries that aren't sitting up.

Decided to visit my local Wing Stop today and I was thoroughly impressed and intrigued by the service I received this afternoon. All my food was accurately cooked and made fresh to order. The General Manager served me swiftly with a very pleasant demeanor. After reading other reviews, I was tempted not to try them but I'm glad that I did and I honestly had an amazing lunch on time for once. Thank You :)

I wish there was a way to leave negative stars instead of one star. This place is HORRIBLE! I put in an order in on 1/22/22 to be picked up on 1/23/22 at 12:30 pm for my son’s birthday party that started at 2pm. I get there around 12:45pm and the lights are off. No sign on the door or email saying my order was canceled. They just were closed without notice. And they still charged my credit card. I’ve been calling for two days trying to get in contact with someone but no one answers the phone. I will have to dispute the charge in order to get my money back. Luckily Buffalo Wild Wings was able provide excellent service and get the wings prepared in time for the party. I will never visit the Winchester location again.

I see a lot of things wrong here- today- nobody here wears hair nets to prevent hair getting in the food, no one in here has customer service skills, there were at least 8-10 people waiting and standing around when I got inside. Neither one of them had been addressed about their order. The wait time is never what it’s supposed to be. Waited twenty minutes for my order and had to wait an additional 13+ for my order. The manager ends up walking out the store and the workers stop working and pull out their phones …… I Digress. This is my first time coming to this location and it’s gonna be my last—

They finally answered the phone to answer my question after a minute of ringing I was really about to hang up until they answered. My dasher called me to tell me they started working on my order when he appeared. It was a simple ten piece combo. My wings look like they were dipped in oil after they were done. Ross should take a look at his franchise and really do better with customer service before he promotes his business through Drake's brokenhearted Instagram.

to-go order placed @ 16:34 in the store. finally left 17:28 with the order. I was told it would be 20 minutes when the order was placed. when I goi home I discovered the effin order was wrong. I ordered 30 boneless wings. I got regular. ugh. the wings temperature was cold. the original hot and Hawaiian wings had to be microwaved. the bbq one were at least warm. attention to detail...sorry customers are an inconvenience
