My server Sheila was lovely! She was fun, did not try to rush me, served me hot delicious food and tasty cold drinks. Great experience on a moderately quiet early Thursday evening.

The food was great, came to my table in a very timely manner. Very nice, but my server Jed was AWESOME! Very attentive, extremely nice and great with my grandkids! He was extremely on point with refills and seeing that my table was well taken care of. It was really a breath of fresh air to have this young man serve our table! The customer service from him was beyond outstanding!! I would come back here way more often as long as this young man is on staff! I truly see a future manager in the works!! I have to give this place 5 stars, after being thoroughly disappointed at another Applebee's we tried this one out although skeptical. We went in the late evening and as soon as we came in we were warmly greeted and seated. The waitress was very friendly and helpful although she said she was new. We enjoyed the cheeseburger egg rolls, baby back ribs chipotle flavored and the maple sweet potatoes everything was tasty.
