Most of the sandwiches are pretty tasty. I like how they are prepared compared to the competitors. However, the pricing isn't much cheaper than the competitors unfortunately. Also, the sandwich size could be larger for the "large" size.

I think someone read my review about the staff not being handicap friendly. My last several visits have been totally different. The staff have been excellent.
The issue about the heated subs having wet bread is better.

We usually order o line for delivery. Our entire family loves Firehouse. We live in Bartlett, so we use the Bartlett store. Never have gotten a bad sandwich. I've made it an point to try everything on the menu. The sandwiches. I've got my top 3. Firehouse hero is Great. Love the meat ball, they really pill the cheese on it. #3 is the simple ham, and provolone cheese, loaded down. We, love us some Firehouse subs. They've got Lenny's, and Jerseys Mike's, beat if you ask me.

The place had no seating and was packed but we still got our food quick. The line they had going inside made our subs quickly and perfectly. This is a must stop if you love a good fresh sub. Lunchtime is a little hectic though.

everybody here is so friendly and it’s so nice to see familiar faces. I go here literally every other day. Everyone works hard, has fun, and is so nice. I would be friends with all of them and not just because they make the best sandwiches 😂

My husband and I ordered the chicken and dumplings, which happened to be chicken soup with small pieces of dumpling in them, decent flavor, but not what we expected. I ordered a macaroni and cheese bowl, which was about $5 was only half full. Both of our sandwiches seem to be well portioned and tasted good. I got the meatball marinara, and my husband got the prime ride. It's seemed very pricey to me for subs and a cup of chicken soup. ((Over 35.00)).
