Live in the area and was very surprised to see a new cantonese joint! Price was surprisingly affordable and the food is authentic. They get the basics right, fried rice and fried beef noodles. Order the basics and you will be good. Will be back :)

i ordered the honey chicken ($16.80) as a takeaway dinner. usually the chicken goes soggy if it stays in the plastic container but i noticed this time when i ate it, it was still crispy. it was really nice! only downside was all the honey at the bottom of the container. it took under 10 minutes for my order to be ready and the owner still apologised for the wait, which i appreciated as i didn’t think it was that long. would come back again :-)

The name makes me giggle. Wok on the Dock is also a little bit secluded and empty... there didn't seem to be many people dining in. :(Β

Ordered:
πŸ₯ Mixed Entree (today's specials): spring roll, dim sim & pork dumpling ($6.80)
🍚 Nasi Goreng: ($11.80)
🍜 Singapore Noodles: Thin rice noodle with prawns, chicken & char siu ($11.80)

Review:
πŸ₯ For the mixed entree, the standout was truly the spring roll. Crunchy and delicious, would recommend this out of the 3 we had. The others were kind of plain - dim sim could've had better meat (think of the guilty pleasure canteen kind) and the pork dumping they used wasn't my favourite 'type' either.Β

🍚 The Nasi Goreng was a little more ordinary in comparison. To be a little picky, I would expect a sunny side up egg on top of the Nasi Goreng which will be tapped open where the yolk will coat the rice underneath. Unfortunately, the egg seemed to be diced into the rice - which loses the flavour of the egg entirely.Β

🍜 Out of the 3 dishes we ordered, Singapore noodles was the standout. Fragranted curried thin rice noodles with a sprinkling of sesame seeds really gave a good experience in comparison to the previous two. Exactly what I'd imaged Singapore Noodles tasting like... but being even better.

New kid on the block and was delighted to know it’s a Cantonese restaurant. We had sweet and sour pork (why of course) and salt pepper eggplant, with coconut rice and a beer. Satisfaction and craving guaranteed. All up $41. I want you to permanently stay in Docklands please. Kthxbye.

The sizzling butter and garlic king prawns are so yummy, the best Asian's dinning in quality and pricing in docklands . Really worth to try it out .🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
