Nando's

I would love to share my experienced ordering food in this store. I ordered food online and I do have a free chips offer but suddenly I couldn’t claim it, I asked the staff member in the store name Fatiha she is so lovely and offered me a free chips and taught me how to use the app of Nando’s she was very helpful and accommodating with my order. Good customer service and lovely person looking forward for my next visit again. Thanks Fatiha for your good service.

Tastes good with its distinctive burnt taste and many dips to choose from! Decided to eat here after going to ACMI, it is just across the street. However, dont know if it is just us but a staff from the store isn't very happy as how she arranges the tables and chairs for us to sit 12 people in 2 groups. Quite labor intensive i think. Tsk! Tsk!

My friends and I had a terrible experience at this Nando’s branch and it was primarily down to the rudeness of one member of staff. We received our chips which were literally salt with a side of chips, honestly they were inedible! We told a female member of staff and she just gave us a dirty look and seemed uninterested in resolving the situation. My friend said to her “you can try them if you don’t believe me” to which again the staff member just eye rolled and took away only one portion of chips. My friend had to get up and follow her with the second portion of untouched chips! We knew for sure if wasn’t an overreaction when a couple at the table next to us complained their rice was also too salty. Funnily enough when our replacement chips were brought out, the same staff member had put a plate full of salt next to them - so passive aggressive. She was so rude with zero customer service skills. It ruined our whole lunch, which is a shame as I have to say the food, minus the salt, was really quite good. If you don’t want to work in a customer facing role then don’t. I would advise Nando’s takes greater care in their recruitment process, making sure employees have basic human interaction skills, which are required for this job. Because the employees not having those skills, ruins a customer’s experience and loses you future business.
