4.1. Botica is located on the ground floor of emporium. It is one one of few coffee places on the ground floor. There’s a semi pleasing modern fit out here. Nice speedy service. We had a long black and a flat white. Both coffees were really really good. Surprisingly excellent, in fact. Restorative. I’d happily return st any time.

DECENT COFFEE (ALTHOUGH NO DECAF) AND A SMALL FOOD RANGE
Small cafe in Emporium. Good for a quick coffee or a kight snack. Doesnt really cater for a full meal but then there are many options in Emporium for a "full on" meal :)
Seating inside the cafe area itself. A selection of cakes to take away.
As it is all one one level people with mobility issuesd will be fine. Lifts and escalators nearby.
Cards and cash. Prompt service.

Super fast service cafe in the middle of the Emporium, Lower Ground level. Great selection of pastries, baked goods, and made to order brunch fare. Excellent espresso coffee as well. Do yourself a favour and drop in mid-shop. You'll feel all the better for it.

Good coffee! Don't think I could score a 5 as I haven't tried any of the food yet. However, this is one of my regular coffee shops.
Staff are always friendly and make my coffee very quickly. I'm always tempted by some of the sweet treats in the cabinet also.

Used to love coming here. Sadly things have gone downhill. Firstly, several items that I used to enjoy from the menu are no longer available. After 25 minutes and no food, we gently enquired as to how long it would be ‘it’s only been 20 minutes’ was the reply. Thankfully a refund for the food was provided upon request, however this could have been avoided with some common customer service skills and an apology. Won’t be returning here.

The team at Botica is incredible. Their food is fresh, delicious and filling. Their milkshakes are to die for. And the staff are so friendly! If you're looking for some tasty lunch food, I can't recommend this place enough.

I didn’t try the coffee in the space, I just went there for dropping my resume. But the barista just throw it away even I still in the store not go out yet! I think it’s been a bit rude tho...
